HR Operations Specialist

Your role

You will support HR operations by managing contract administration, commitments, and day‑to‑day service delivery in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners. You will monitor progress, handle reporting, invoicing, and stakeholder communication, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with processes. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive high levels of client and stakeholder satisfaction.

Your tasks

• Manage end‑to‑end contract operations: gathering commitments, raising iSOWs/POs, coordinating with Procurement & Finance, and handling invoicing.
• Monitor commitment thresholds, license/voucher allocations, usage tracking, reporting, and day‑to‑day contract administration.
• Act as main contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients; handle communication, reporting, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Ensure process compliance and documentation, support additional purchases, and continuously improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, problem‑solving, client management, and communication skills; deliver tickets on time (SAP SF Learning knowledge is a plus).

Your profile

• Support client communication and reporting, helping resolve more complex L&D‑related questions in a practical way.
• Take care of end‑to‑end training activities and employee requests, making sure deadlines and quality expectations are met.
• Work closely with clients and team members on a daily basis via email and phone, keeping documentation accurate and up to date.
• Share knowledge within the team and support smooth collaboration and work coordination.
• Use solid analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with 2–4 years of HR experience and a positive, team‑oriented mindset.
