HR Data Scientist (People Analytics)

Your role

You play a key role in delivering advanced People Analytics and data science projects for global clients. By transforming workforce challenges into actionable insights, you help HR and business leaders make confident, data‑driven decisions. Working in an international consulting environment, you combine analytics, storytelling, and collaboration to create meaningful impact across talent, employee experience, and workforce strategy.

 

Your tasks

  • Translate workforce and HR challenges into clear analytical problem statements
  • Design and deliver analyses using statistical modelling, machine learning, and data science techniques
  • Build predictive and descriptive models across talent acquisition, attrition, DEI, and workforce planning
  • Prepare and integrate datasets from HR and non‑HR systems in collaboration with data engineering teams
  • Develop Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX for KPI modelling, segmentation, and time‑intelligence
  • Turn complex analyses into clear data stories and business recommendations
  • Contribute to reusable assets, templates, and accelerators to enhance delivery quality and speed
  • Collaborate with global teams, ensuring high consulting standards, quality, and clear communication

Your profile

  • Proven experience in Data Science within HR / People Analytics environments
  • Strong programming skills in Python (R is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of classification, regression, clustering, NLP fundamentals, and forecasting
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI and DAX, including dashboard and data model design
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively and translate data into business value
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, including requirements gathering
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, especially in ML/AI, analytics, and emerging tools
