YOUR ROLE
The Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist (FP&A Specialist) will provide comprehensive financial support to global practices, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and insightful analysis. This role involves close collaboration with commercial teams and finance stakeholders to drive operational excellence and informed decision-making.
YOUR TASKS
• Commercial Support: Provide financial input for change requests and new project pricing to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Practice P&L Management: Consolidate and present practice-level Profit & Loss statements during Financial Controller reviews.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to Transform guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed analysis of actual results using S4H and GFS reports.
• Revenue & Billing: Prepare revenue recognition and billing entries in line with accounting standards.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Accounts Receivable / DOR Control: Monitor and manage AR and Days of Revenue to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Forecasting: Update forecast data in reporting tools to support accurate financial planning.
• Ad Hoc Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate reports to support business decisions.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or finance roles.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Knowledge of Oracle and SAP S4H considered an asset.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Fast learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
