Financial Analysis and Reporting Specialist (Power BI)

Your role
Your tasks
- Monitor daily operations, workload, backlogs, and SLA performance.
- Identify, assess, and escalate operational risks, incidents, and service disruptions.
- Support business continuity and operational stability during disruptions.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking updates.
- Analyze performance trends and provide data-driven improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate communication between operational teams, management, and support functions.
- Monitor staffing levels, capacity planning, and workload distribution across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and standardization.
Your profile
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis tools (Power BI, SharePoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent English with strong communication skills across operational teams and senior management.
