Your role

Your tasks

• Monitor daily operations, workload, backlogs, and SLA performance.
• Identify, assess, and escalate operational risks, incidents, and service disruptions.
• Support business continuity and operational stability during disruptions.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking updates.
• Analyze performance trends and provide data-driven improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate communication between operational teams, management, and support functions.
• Monitor staffing levels, capacity planning, and workload distribution across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and standardization.

Your profile

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis tools (Power BI, SharePoint).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills across operational teams and senior management.
