Your role
As a Finance & Accounting Manager, you will lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) area, ensuring accurate financial closing, reporting, and compliance across the organization. You will manage a team, drive performance, and oversee key accounting processes in an international environment. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership, giving you the opportunity to shape processes, support audits and consolidation, and contribute to continuous improvement and business transformation.
Your tasks
- Lead end-to-end R2R processes, including closing activities and reporting cycles.
- Oversee intercompany accounting and ensure accuracy of balances.
- Support group consolidation and financial reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with controllers and stakeholders to ensure strong financial control.
- Drive operational reporting and provide insights to the business.
- Manage, develop, and motivate an accounting team.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.
- Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and change initiatives.
Your profile
- At least 6 years of experience in accounting within an international environment.
- Strong expertise in Record-to-Report processes and financial reporting.
- Proven experience managing a team (approx. 8+ people).
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulations.
- Hands-on experience with systems such as SAP, Excel, Power BI etc.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on performance and development.
- Experience in change management and process optimization.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
