Executive Assistant (with German)

Your role

As an Executive Assistant with German, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to leaders and teams. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and business travel, preparing documents and presentations, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. You will handle internal and external communication, support ongoing projects, and contribute to efficient workflow management. Success in this role requires excellent German and English skills, strong communication abilities, high attention to detail, and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.

Your tasks

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings, ensuring punctuality and smooth coordination.  
  • Organize business trips, including travel bookings, accommodation, and expense settlements.  
  • Prepare documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations as needed.  
  • Handle internal and external communication, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.  
  • Support various projects and ad hoc tasks, including event and meeting organizations. 

Your profile

  • Fluent English and German.  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.  
  • Proactive and ready to take initiative.  
  • Strong customer service orientation and team player attitude.  
  • First experience in a similar role.
