Your role
In this role you will drive the configuration, delivery and ongoing management of the Qualtrics Employee Experience (EX) platform, owning survey delivery, analytics, dashboards and stakeholder enablement. The role combines hands‑on platform expertise with analytical insight, supporting both operational delivery and the evolution of advanced, AI‑driven EX capabilities.
Your tasks
- Design, build and test employee surveys (engagement, pulse, lifecycle and ad‑hoc) using Qualtrics.
- Manage survey logic, templates, branding and question libraries.
- Build and maintain dashboards and standard reports within Qualtrics and downstream BI tools where applicable.
- Support stakeholders with reporting interpretation and action planning.
- Contribute to the development of AI‑driven EX analytics capabilities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of EX delivery models and ways of working.
- Administer and configure the Qualtrics EX platform, including users, roles, permissions, data sources and integrations.
- Provide ongoing platform support, troubleshooting and user enablement.
Your profile
- Strong hands‑on experience with Qualtrics EX administration and survey delivery.
- Proven experience designing and managing complex employee survey programmes.
- Solid analytical capability, with experience building dashboards and reports.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in HR, People Analytics, consulting or transformation environments.
- Desirable: Experience integrating Qualtrics with HR systems (e.g. Workday) or BI platforms.
- Desirable: Exposure to AI‑driven analytics, text analytics or automated insight generation.
- Desirable: Understanding of GDPR and data privacy principles in HR data contexts.
