Your role

As a Supply Chain Transformation Director, you will lead strategic transformation initiatives across supply chain, order management, logistics, and fulfillment functions for global organizations. Working directly with senior client stakeholders, you will shape transformation strategies, redesign operating models, and drive sustainable business outcomes.

This is a client-facing leadership role combining transformation expertise, executive stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex business challenges and deliver meaningful change.

Your tasks

• Lead large-scale supply chain transformation programs across order management, logistics, and fulfillment functions.

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to define transformation vision, priorities, and roadmaps.

• Advise organizations on operating model design, process transformation, and business change.

• Drive executive governance, stakeholder alignment, and adoption across transformation initiatives.

• Translate business objectives into measurable transformation outcomes.

• Support solution design by defining transformation approaches and value propositions.

• Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor throughout transformation engagements.

• Promote the adoption of AI, digital tools, and leading software solutions within supply chain organizations.

Your profile

• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs within consulting, business services, or supply chain environments.

• Strong consulting background with significant exposure to senior client stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, order management, and operating model transformation.

• Demonstrated expertise in governance, benefits realization, and change management.

• Executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.

• Ability to simplify complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

• Strong understanding of managed services and technology-enabled transformation.

• Understanding of AI, digital tools, and market-leading software products supporting supply chain transformation.
