Your role

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital supply chain transformations for global clients. As part of the Practice team, you will support both pre-sales and delivery, helping design compelling solutions, lead critical transformation initiatives, and drive measurable business impact. You will work with diverse stakeholders, combining your expertise in supply chain planning, analytics, and technology to solve complex challenges and contribute to the growth of Capgemini’s Digital Supply Chain services.

Your tasks

  • Lead opportunity assessments and contribute to pre-sales by developing solution proposals and pitch materials
  • Present solutions and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including executives
  • Drive and own end-to-end transformation initiatives within large, multi-year engagements
  • Execute high-impact transformation projects with accountability for delivery outcomes
  • Provide thought leadership by developing reusable assets and building knowledge capital
  • Analyze supply chain and financial data to identify improvement opportunities and build business cases
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Engage stakeholders across levels to enable transformation and organizational change

Your profile

  • You bring 12–15 years of experience in supply chain consulting or operations, including leading transformation initiatives
  • You have strong expertise in supply chain planning (demand, supply, S&OP, inventory, logistics) and related business processes
  • You demonstrate strong business acumen with proven execution experience across processes and systems
  • You confidently apply analytical thinking to solve complex, unstructured problems and build data-driven insights
  • You have hands-on experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Anaplan, JDA) and strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • You communicate effectively and collaborate with multicultural, global teams, building strong stakeholder relationships
  • You show ownership, decision-making ability, and a proactive mindset, with readiness to roll up your sleeves
  • You hold a degree in Engineering (MBA or supply chain certifications such as APICS are an advantage), with exposure to FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environments
