YOUR TASKS

• Collaborate with clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize technology solutions aligned with business goals.
• Apply technical expertise to ensure high-quality delivery across all phases: design, development, integration, implementation, migration, and support.
• Create and execute agile plans, including installation, provisioning, testing, production migration, and day-two operations.
• Conduct and participate in technical solution workshops to support solution design and implementation.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, navigating complex discussions to reach constructive outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and curiosity in identifying and presenting solutions.
• Translate business strategies into detailed technical specifications to support development teams.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure successful project delivery.

YOUR PROFILE

Strong software development background with emphasis on Enterprise Application Integration.
• Experience designing or implementing integration environments for financial messaging, ideally based on IBM's WebSphere technology.
• Exposure to enterprise-critical solution development where performance, scalability and high availability are core non-functional requirements.
• Client Stakeholder engagement: service orientation with client stakeholders for design, deployment and support needed for implementing payment’s solutions and integrating client’s business systems.
• Technology Skills: Strong background in IBM Integration Bus/ACE and knowledge in at least one of the following technology areas; IBM MQ, IBM WAS, IBM DB2.
• Cloud Software Expertise: Experience in cloud software technologies including Red Hat OpenShift.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
• Technologies: Experience with Financial Transaction Manager or equivalent enterprise payment solution in an EAI, Message Hub or SOA like environment.
• Financial transaction processing standards ISO 20022, SWIFT.
• Programming Skills/technical: Working knowledge and skills working with ESQL, Java, Shell scripting, Openshift, Kubernetes, Ansible.
• Working knowledge and skills with data/meta-data and model driven development processes (e.g. IBM RSA).
• An understanding of UML and Finite State Machine models.
