Your role

The Experience Management Service Architect role is dedicated to the successful setup of the Experience Management Office (XMO). This role is responsible for designing the overall architecture of the experience management system, ensuring seamless integration of all technical components, tools, and platforms required to monitor and enhance employee experience. The Architect works closely with stakeholders to align the technical infrastructure with the organization’s strategic goals and ensures that all systems are interoperable, scalable, and secure.

Your tasks

  • Developing a comprehensive architecture plan for the experience management system, including the integration of various tools, such as feedback collection platforms, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) tools, data analytics solutions, and reporting systems.
  • Leading the integration of systems like Power BI, SysTrack, Nexthink, and other relevant technologies, ensuring they work together cohesively to provide a seamless experience for the XMO and end-users.
  • Configuring and customizing the selected tools and platforms to meet the specific needs of the organization, ensuring that all components are optimally set up to capture, process, and analyze experience-related data
  • Working closely with IT teams, data engineers, UX researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all technical aspects align with the overall experience management strategy and business objectives.
  • Creating detailed documentation of the architecture and integration processes and providing knowledge transfer sessions to ensure that the permanent XMO team can maintain and manage the system post-setup.

Your profile

  • A strong background in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, particularly in the context of experience management or digital workplace environments
  • Knowledge of C#, SQL, Entity framework.
  • Strong experience in building and managing ELT pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory or similar technologies.
  • Expertise in creating complex data models, particularly in environments where data is sourced from multiple systems with different formats. Experience with tools like SQL Server, Oracle, or data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake or Amazon Redshift is essential.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate integration processes and data transformations.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP APIs for seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, data engineering, and business stakeholders, and to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
