Customer Experience Quality Professional (with French)

Your role
You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of customer communication across digital channels. You will combine quality assurance with customer service expertise to improve interaction accuracy, consistency, and overall experience. By identifying improvement opportunities, validating content, and supporting process optimization, you will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement within the project.
Your tasks
- Resolve customer inquiries across digital channels, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Review and validate customer interactions (email, chat, calls) to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Identify errors or inconsistencies and contribute to continuous process and quality improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using available tools and knowledge bases.
- Manage multiple interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Your profile
- Fluent French (min. C1) and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or an international contact center environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good technical troubleshooting skills and practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with capability to work independently and make decisions.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
