Your role
You will support our customers by delivering high‑quality assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain clear documentation for efficient case handling. By spotting recurring problems and contributing to process improvements, you will help enhance service quality and strengthen customer relationships.
Your tasks
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
Your profile
- Advanced level of English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Motivation to grow in an international contact center environment.
- Practical knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions.
- Strong commitment to customer experience, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and adapt to change.
