YOUR TASKS

• Manage day-to-day operations of the client’s AR portfolio, ensuring SLA compliance and high service quality.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for client-specific processes and tools.
• Support the Credit Control team in resolving escalations and complex cases.
• Develop and implement strategies for problematic accounts and credit control challenges.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispute and deduction resolution.
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives using CG platforms and tools.
• Conduct structured data analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure cash collection and ageing targets are met.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in AR/Credit & Collections.
• Strong process knowledge and understanding of end-to-end C2C operations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English.
