Credit & Collections Process Junior Specialist with Bulgarian

Your role

You will support credit and collections processes by performing basic account monitoring, maintaining accurate financial data, and assisting with the resolution of overdue payments under the guidance of senior team members.

Your tasks

• Monitoring accounts and contacting clients (calls, e-mails) to ask about their overdue payments
• Investigating and resolving unapplied payments
• Initiating refunds for the overpayments
• Updating account status records and collection efforts
• Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status

Your profile

• Fluent Bulgarian and English (C1 level)
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner
• High analytical and problem solving skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs
• Bachelor's degree or a student's status
