YOUR ROLE

We are seeking for a highly motivated experienced Marketing Manager to lead a large team to deliver marketing services to a global consumer package product external client. Responsible for the flawless execution of project deliverables and establish standards. The ideal candidate will have proven & in-depth experience in consumer package goods, Artwork management, product innovation and marketing.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead team to execute product and packaging innovation projects including concept development, feasibility validation, product and packaging R&D, business proposal and approval,
  project execution, customer sell in and tracking of in-market performance
• Client management
• Team Development
• Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of client accounts, managing resources, timelines, and budgets efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes on time
• Metrics & Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on the success of innovation projects providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements
• Financial Management: Oversee budgets, projections, and account performance, ensuring profitability while meeting or exceeding client expectations

YOUR PROFILE

• MBA preferred, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
• English on the C level
• 10+ years of client services experience, within an advertising agency or large consumer brand
• 8+ years working in with Consumer Packaged Goods brands
• 5+ years of consumer marketing experience
• 8+ years of experience in project management required, with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery of increasingly complex programs. Proven experience in global program management leadership roles is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing direct reports, 8+ years of strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in developing and growing talent
