Contract Management Specialist (with Turkish)

Your role

As a Contract Management Specialist, you will support the contract lifecycle process for licensing agreements and amendments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. This will give you an opportunity to work closely with internal teams such as Licensing, Legal, and Finance while assisting in the preparation, review, and tracking of contracts.

Your Tasks

• Assist in drafting standard contracts, amendments, and authorization letters under supervision.
• Maintain and update contract records and databases.
• Support the review of contract terms and escalate issues to senior team members or relevant departments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and approvals.
• Help identify and track contract-related issues and follow up on resolutions.
• Provide administrative support to the Contract Management team.
  
  

Your Profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in contract administration or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in law preferred, but Business Administration, Finance degree acceptable.
• Basic understanding of contract management principles and legal terminology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• English and Turkish at CEFR Grade B2 or higher.
