Collections Team Leader

YOUR TASKS

•     Manage a team of collection specialists and monitor overall team performance, efficiency, and quality.
•     Ensure implementation and adherence to agreed collection policies.
•     Achieve cash collection and aging targets for receivables.
•     Act as the first point of escalation for credit controllers.
•     Lead process redesign to ensure improvements in the customer context.

YOUR PROFILE

•     Proven experience in C2C area and strong people management skills.
•     Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex queries and escalations.
•     Excellent negotiation skills that deliver the desired result.
•     Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
•     Education background in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Mathematics appreciated.
•     Fluent English, both spoken and written
