Cloud Solution Specialist with German

Your future tasks:
- Developing cloud solutions with the support of specialists such as the Tower Lead, Solution Lead, BID Manager and Solutions Architect.
- Supporting end-to-end process for the solution across transition, implementation run, and transformation in the Cloud Tower area.
- Providing detailed costing model, including inputs from SMEs, licenses, 3rd party services, HW/SW, etc.
- Creating cloud solutions against client requirements (client SLAs, documents, agreements etc.) and standards provided by Tower Lead and Solution Lead.
- Working with other members of the Cloud Tower team to align solutions RACI and RAIDE and to avoid gaps and overlaps.
- Clearly articulating the basis of any subcontractor (e.g.: cloud supplier) quotes, including assumptions and exclusions, and the validity period of pricing – working directly with Capgemini procurement or subcontractors.
- Supporting the Cloud Tower Lead/ Solution Lead with the draft/mark-up of the schedules relating to your part of the solution (SoW, SLA, etc.).
- Supporting end-to-end process services related to Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and winning client engagements.
- Having a good grasp of similar portfolios available in the market, with the ability to analyze, stitch, and customize some of the core portfolio services and solutions that fulfil a client's needs.
Our Requirements:
General
- At least three years of experience in Public Cloud area, with an emphasis on Presales and Solution Management.
- Knowledge of IT architecture in Public Cloud solutions. Familiarity with Private and Hybrid will be a plus.
- Aptitude in cost estimations Cloud Services, delivering information from the market and preparing strategy for a specific BID ie.: taking part in full pre-sales lifecycle from RFI responses/requirements analysis, running a scoping exercise or engaging in a prototype of concept for agreed requirements.
- Fluent in English and German both spoken and written.
Technical
- Understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP platform features.
- Familiarity with presales projects based on cloud solutions like migrations, transformations to public clouds, cloud enterprise service management etc.
- Experience in developing formal sales proposals, and responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
Commercial
- Understanding non-standard requirements and drafts e.g.: SoW, SLA, cost models, business cases, proposal responses, proposal presentations and project plans.
- Demonstrate experience presenting technical topics in front of a senior audience, including CxO levels.
Customer engagement
- Experience in performing presales level consulting and due diligence type work for complex deals to ensure smooth transition to actual delivery teams.
Financial
- Costing skills and understanding of competitive benchmarks/metrics for Cloud Tower, creating Cost Models, and Statements of Work.
