Your role

Your tasks

• Lead the people side of business transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end change management strategies and plans tailored to project needs.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations to guide transformation activities.
• Design and deliver communication and engagement approaches to drive alignment and reduce resistance.
• Partner closely with project managers and key stakeholders to integrate change activities into overall project plans.
• Support capability transfer through training planning, adoption measurement, and post‑go‑live reinforcement.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes.

Your profile

• Proven experience in enterprise Change Management and proven track of transformation (process and technology) projects delivery - in total around 8 years of work experience.
• Ability to develop and apply structured change management methodologies, frameworks, and approaches across full project lifecycles.
• Proven experience in executing end-to-end change strategies and plans.
• Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices, preferably supported by delivering projects in given area.
• Experience in consulting projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.  Ability and comfort interacting with management on Client’s side
• Fluent English.

• Change management certification is a plus i.e. PROSCI
