Your Role

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring timely cash collection and accurate payment allocation. You support cash flow by managing accounts receivable processes, resolving payment disputes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Through close cooperation with internal teams, you contribute to financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Your Tasks

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices. 
• Contact customers regarding overdue payments and resolve payment-related issues. 
• Apply incoming payments accurately and reconcile customer accounts. 
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to cash applications and account balances. 
• Cooperate with other internal departments to ensure efficient cash collection and payment application processes. 

Your Profile

• Fluent in Turkish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Collection, or Customer Service environments. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. 
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. 
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
