Your role

As IGA Business Analyst you will be the bridge between business, security, and engineering, translating access, compliance, and risk requirements into clear functional designs for the Identity Governance & Administration platform. You’ll design and transform JML processes, access requests and approvals, recertifications, Segregation of Duties policies, and audit/reporting, partnering with application owners to onboard systems and define RBAC/role models. Working closely with IGA engineers, you’ll help automate (de)provisioning workflows and data integrations to ensure the right access at the right time, improve end user experience, and demonstrate real time compliance. Your impact will be visible across the organization enabling transparent, scalable governance for managers, auditors, and security stakeholders while continuously refining policies based on insight and feedback.

Your tasks

  • Prepare audit‑ready reporting: specify metrics and dashboards, support evidence collection, and ensure continuous compliance.
  • Coordinate UAT and change management: create test scenarios, run demos/trainings, and maintain user guides and process documentation.

Your profile

  • Solid working knowledge of IGA/IAM. Familiar with the joiner–mover–leaver lifecycle, governance controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access reviews.
  • Captures precise requirements, drafts user stories and acceptance criteria, evaluates solution options, and recommends pragmatic approaches.
  • Able to translate business and compliance needs into clear, implementable functional designs.
