Your role

As a Senior HR Data & People Engineer, you will design and build scalable HR data products and pipelines that enable advanced analytics and data-driven decisions. You will act as a bridge between HR, Analytics, and Technology to ensure high-quality, reliable, and business-ready data.

Your tasks

• Build and maintain HR data products (e.g. employee datasets, workforce metrics)
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and integrations
• Translate business requirements into technical data solutions
• Enable advanced analytics and self-service reporting
• Improve data quality, automation, and real-time availability
• Implement data governance, privacy, and GDPR standards
• Collaborate across HR, IT, and Analytics teams
• Drive continuous improvement of data architecture and tools

YOUR PROFILE:

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data product development
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, Spark or similar
• Experience with data platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors)
• Strong understanding of data modelling and ETL/ELT processes
• Familiarity with data governance and privacy standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
