Your role
As a Senior HR Data & People Engineer, you will design and build scalable HR data products and pipelines that enable advanced analytics and data-driven decisions. You will act as a bridge between HR, Analytics, and Technology to ensure high-quality, reliable, and business-ready data.
Your tasks
- Build and maintain HR data products (e.g. employee datasets, workforce metrics)
- Develop and optimize data pipelines and integrations
- Translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Enable advanced analytics and self-service reporting
- Improve data quality, automation, and real-time availability
- Implement data governance, privacy, and GDPR standards
- Collaborate across HR, IT, and Analytics teams
- Drive continuous improvement of data architecture and tools
YOUR PROFILE:
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data product development
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, Spark or similar
- Experience with data platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Strong understanding of data modelling and ETL/ELT processes
- Familiarity with data governance and privacy standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to have:
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
