Your role
As an HR Data & Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and governing reporting & Analytics solutions in the HR space for our client. You will work with the client to understand their requirements for HR reporting & analytics and devising appropriate analytical solutions to business problems.
Your tasks
- Advise on data reporting and analytics as part of a People / HR Reporting & Analytics team for a client.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on workforce datasets such as engagement, attrition, recruitment, capability, learning, performance, and DEI.
- Proactively Identify trends, patterns, and drivers of key workforce outcomes using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that support business decisions.
- Prepare written and visual insight summaries (e.g., via PowerPoint, Word, memo-style briefing papers).
- Analyse results from employee surveys, listening channels, and sentiment data.
- Conduct ad-hoc and scheduled analyses of core workforce metrics (e.g., turnover, tenure, span of control, internal mobility).
- Operate HR Reporting platforms whether core HRIS such as SAP Successfactors, Oracle ERP, Workday or other related applications such as Qualtrics, Pluralsight, Glint, CultureAmp, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Cornerstone, Sumtotal, Jira, Gloat.
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience working in a reporting and analytics, computer science or information systems role.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in recognising and interpreting business requirements and turning this need into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing complex Workday / Oracle HR/ SAP HR reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical, prioritising, problem-solving, analytical, project management and planning skills.
- Experience building, testing and deploying BI dashboards (Power BI preferred).
- Detail-oriented expert with a strong analytical skill and a logical, methodical approach.
- Good understanding of people metrics (e.g. attrition, diversity, hiring, engagement).
