Your role

As a AP Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist, you will ensure high‑quality and timely service delivery across the P2P process, applying strong process knowledge, understanding client‑specific requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will analyze data, identify optimization opportunities, stay informed about relevant technologies, and contribute to efficient service execution while maintaining compliance with KPIs, procedures, and organizational standards

Your tasks

• Manage invoices pending approval or receipt, ensuring timely processing and payment within discount terms.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and year‑end tasks, including invoice validation, issue investigation, vendor master data updates, and communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support and guide team members in resolving operational issues, leveraging process expertise when needed.
• Ensure all daily activities are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets.
• Deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused service to internal clients and external partners.
• Identify and resolve issues related to accounts payable invoices and payments, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex matters, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently.
• Contribute to process transformation initiatives and support invoice processing activities as required.

Your profile

• At least 2 years of experience in AP or related finance processes.
• Strong knowledge of AP procedures and policies.
• Good command of English at B2 level.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and understand KPIs.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
