AP Problem Resolution Senior Specialist

Your role

As a AP Problem Resolution Senior Specialist, you will ensure high‑quality, timely, and cost‑effective service delivery in line with Capgemini methodologies, procedures, and client expectations. You will leverage strong process knowledge to support service excellence, drive improvements, and contribute to meeting operational targets. In this role, you will oversee parts of the process, support customer‑focused decision‑making, identify optimization opportunities, apply continuous improvement methods, and support innovation that enhances both process efficiency and client value.

Your tasks

  • Ensure daily operational activities are completed accurately and on time according to Desktop Procedures and SLAs.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to invoice and purchase order processing.
  • Handle and resolve routine internal and external inquiries regarding account status and discrepancies.
  • Provide customer‑focused service and support to the client and stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyze and resolve accounts payable invoice issues.
  • Review invoice documentation to determine correct processing, disposition, and account coding.
  • Support or lead team members in resolving operational issues using process expertise.
  • Escalate out‑of‑scope requests and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Your profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in AP/P2P or related finance processes.
  • Deep understanding of process flows, policies, and desktop procedures within the engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to gather data, conduct structured analysis, and interpret business context.
  • Good command of English at B2 level
