You build and lead the frameworks that bring structure, clarity, and strategic direction to AI initiatives across CIS. You shape how AI projects are proposed, evaluated, governed, and reused, acting as the creator of an internal AI Portfolio Management Office. By managing the AI asset registry, driving cross‑team collaboration, and ensuring alignment with business priorities, you help CIS focus on high‑value AI initiatives, avoid duplicated work, and accelerate delivery through reuse and strong governance.

Your tasks

  • Design and implement the AI project intake and prioritization process with clear business‑case requirements.
  • Establish evaluation criteria for strategic alignment, feasibility, value, and risk.
  • Run governance boards or architecture councils to review proposals and approve initiatives.
  • Maintain the central AI asset registry covering models, agents, workflows, servers, tools, and solutions.
  • Ensure project outputs and learnings are documented and available for reuse.
  • Coordinate with Lead Architects and Group Industrialization to keep registries and documentation updated.
  • Monitor the AI project portfolio, track progress, and ensure compliance with governance checkpoints.
  • Develop reuse and knowledge‑sharing programs and measure collective outcomes of AI initiatives.

Your profile

  • Strong program or portfolio management experience, especially in governance or PMO‑style environments.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and lifecycle to assess proposals and engage technical teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business cases and compare project value and risk.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks or stage‑gate processes in technology‑focused organizations.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities to maintain accurate records and registries.
  • Confident communication and facilitation skills to work with executives, engineers, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to diplomatically enforce process standards while supporting innovation.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on reuse, best practices, and alignment with financial and strategic planning.
