YOUR ROLE

As an AI Asset and Product Lead, you will drive the development of intelligent, scalable, and business-aligned AI solutions. This role blends strategic product ownership with deep technical fluency in AI/ML and process-specific expertise. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to define product vision, gather requirements, and guide the delivery of AI-powered features that enhance enterprise operations.As a Product Lead you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the identification and implementation of AI/ML technologies to enhance product features. Your role involves gathering requirements, defining user stories, and guiding the development of products that align with business objectives while leveraging the latest advancements in AI and ML.

YOUR TASKS

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify AI/ML opportunities.
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes for AI/ML integration.
Document clear and actionable requirements for GenAI, Agentic AI.

User Story Development

Translate business and technical requirements into detailed user stories with precise acceptance criteria.
Prioritize backlog items based on business value, user experience, and AI/ML innovation potential.
Maintain and refine the product backlog with a focus on intelligent automation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with developers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and process owners to ensure cohesive delivery.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to align expectations and execution.Actively participate in Agile ceremonies .

Product Roadmap & Strategy

Define and evolve the product roadmap, integrating AI/ML strategies and aligning with enterprise goals.
Champion the adoption of GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities to drive innovation and operational efficiency. Ensure product features reflect advancements in AI .

Quality Assurance and Testing

Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality products.
Participate in testing activities, ensuring  Gen AI, Agentic AI and AI/ML functionalities meet rigorous standards.

Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations.

YOUR PROFILE

•    Bachelor’s or Masters or PhD in Computer Science/ Business or a related field.
•    Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
•    Proficiency in both Generative AI, Agentic AI and advanced AI/ML concepts.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

•    Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
•    Demonstrated experience in AI/ML-driven product development.

•    Knowledge of P2P/O2C/R2R/ICO/IPO software solutions.
•    Proficiency in machine learning, natural language processing, Gen AI, Agentic AI or other advanced AI/ML technologies.
•    Expertise in any one cloud stack Azure/AWS/GCP
