Your Role

We are seeking for an experienced Resource Manager to join our team. Resource Supply Chain (RSC) is a global initiative aimed to deploy “one way of working” to manage the available resources using a standard set of global processes and a common toolset across all SBUs. The key objective of the program is effective management of the available pool of resources and talent to ensure that the supply of resources matches the demand and that we always have the right resources with the right skills, at the right time. RSC also ensures career development opportunities in different sectors and domains.

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

 

  • Demand & Supply Management
  • Bench Management (Supply)
  • Demand fulfilment through internal resources (including bench) as primary focus
  • Validation of requisition as per Approval Matrix & Practice Guideline
  • Resource Allocation to project and staffing of demand
  • Enhancing Internal Mobility
  • Cost Center changes between inter & intra Entities
  • Supervisor & reviewer change
  • Communicating employees to update Skill & CV in the Portal
  • SubCon Management

Your Profile

  • Demand validation – backfill, duplicates, grades, Practice, against bottom performers list.
  • Ensure adherence to demand approval process.
  • Pushing demands to external hiring in MYHIRE
  • Tracking demands raised for promotions
  • Tracking demands to fulfillment
  • Demand clean-up
  • Track future roll-offs and work with Engagements for extensions.
  • Follow HR policies for all people that are rolled off and are on bench.
  • Find suitable opportunities for bench people and help deploy them ASAP.
  • Adherence to standard procedures related to bench management – day 1, 30,45 mailers, etc.
  • Liaise with Engagement SPOCs for getting project codes, etc. for allocating people
  • Instruct R2D2 data entry people to perform system allocations
