Job Description

  • Develop and Implement ITOM Solutions: Design, configure, and deploy ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Management.
  • Service Discovery: Lead and optimize discovery processes to ensure accurate and updated CMDB data.
  • Service Mapping: Design and implement service maps for applications and infrastructure, ensuring clear visibility into business services.
  • Integration Development: Develop integrations with third-party monitoring tools and systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • Event Management: Configure and optimize Event Management to monitor and address infrastructure events proactively.
  • Process Automation: Develop workflows and automation scripts to streamline IT processes.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with architects, business analysts, and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements in scalability, stability, and efficiency.
  • Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support for ServiceNow ITOM solutions, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Primary Skills

  • Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Modules: Proficient in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Management.
  • Integration Development: Strong experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Scripting & Automation: Expertise in JavaScript, PowerShell, and workflow automation to streamline IT operations.
  • CMDB Management: Deep knowledge of CMDB design, configuration, and optimization for accurate configuration management.
  • Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting: Ability to optimize system performance, address bottlenecks, and resolve technical issues effectively.
