Your Role
A Quality Manager Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire quality control process. This includes developing and implementing quality management systems (QMS) that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. They conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. By analyzing data and performance metrics, they can pinpoint defects or inconsistencies and take corrective actions promptly.
