Refractory Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your Role

We are seeking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist from refractory industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of end to end Talent Acquisition activities from refractory industry (Blue/White Collars).

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support our engineering and business goals.
• You will act as a strategic bridge between business units, Talent Deployment, and HR, ensuring a seamless and high-quality recruitment experience.
• Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline across diverse talent pools.
• Execute proactive hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning and business forecasts.
• Promote the company’s People Value Proposition to attract high-quality candidates.
• Utilize inclusive sourcing methods and diversity-focused platforms.

Your Profile

• Experience in recruiting candidates from the refractory industry ( Blue / White Collars)
• Prior experience in executing boot camps

• Deliver best-in-class candidate interactions from application to onboarding.
• Ensure timely feedback and maintain regular touchpoints throughout the recruitment journey.
• Facilitate preboarding in collaboration with HR to ensure smooth integration.
