Learning and Development Specialists support the drive to a culture of continuous learning. They create, design and deliver the next-gen learning programs, tools and practices in some global portfolio areas and in alignment with the global learning portfolio and local business requirements.

Able support and guide the efficient and effective delivery of services to multiple stakeholder groups in specific domain area or funtion. Typically leads more than one project area or workstream. Produces additional value to the domain area outside of one's roles and responsibilities.
