Your Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Knowledge Management to lead the end-to-end proposal development process in response to RFI, RFQ, and RFP requests. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create compelling, compliant, and client-focused proposals that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Lead the development and submission of proposals in response to RFI/RFQ/RFPs.Analyze solicitation documents to understand client requirements and scope.
- Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings, timelines, and deliverables.Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, finance, and technical teams to gather content.
- Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
- Maintain a repository of reusable content, templates, and past proposals.Track proposal status, win/loss ratios, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, client-ready proposals.
- Implement best practices in proposal management and content governance.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in proposal management, preferably in a B2B or IT/consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel); experience with proposal tools is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
