Delivery Excellence Manager (Black Belt in F&A)

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Automation and Transformation initiatives across Finance & Accounting processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
  • Drive process diagnostics, value stream mapping, process improvement and operational excellence programs.
  • Execute high-impact transformation projects delivering measurable business and financial outcomes.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA, GenAI, Agentic AI, OCR/IDP, workflow and process mining tools.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Digital, Transition and Client Leadership teams to improve efficiency, controls and performance.
  • Establish KPI governance, dashboards and performance management frameworks.
  • Lead client workshops, governance reviews, Gemba walks and executive presentations.
  • Coach and mentor Green Belts and Black Belts, ensuring successful delivery of improvement initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

    • 13+ years of experience, including 8-10 years in Continuous Improvement, Delivery Excellence, Business or Digital Transformation.
    • Strong Finance & Accounting domain expertise across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R).
    • Experience in BPO, Shared Services, Global Business Services or Finance Transformation environments.
    • Hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, quality, risk and control frameworks.
    • Strong capability in process diagnostics using data, process maps, SLAs, KPIs and stakeholder insights.
    • Exposure to ERP and F&A technology platforms, process mining, workflow and automation tools.
    • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, SQL, Python or similar analytics tools.
    • Strong stakeholder management, client-facing communication and presentation skills.
