AI Engineer

Your Role

• Conduct requirement elicitation through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze complex problems and propose viable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Create and maintain Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Develop process flows, workflow diagrams, and BPMN models to document current and future state processes.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, version‑controlled, and aligned with project goals.
• Use Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and requirement tracking.
• Utilize Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Perform basic SQL queries to validate data, support investigations, and interpret dashboards or reports.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and solution demos.
• Act as the bridge between business users, developers, QA, and cross‑functional teams.
• Communicate clearly, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Familiarity with PSA (Professional Services Automation) or portfolio management tools is a strong plus.

Your Profile

• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Excel/Sheets.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Ability to interpret dashboards and derive meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in creating process flows and BPMN diagrams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in agile environments.
