Transformation PMO - Engagement Manager

YOUR ROLE

 
  1. Track health, status, dependencies, milestones of VRO projects and programs.
  2. Maintain project standards, governance, reporting cadence, and decision forums.
  3. Support scheduling, resource planning, and prioritization with delivery and business leads.
  4. Prepare VRO dashboards, executive updates, RAID logs, and performance reports.
  5. Identify risks, drive mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues.
  6. Monitor budgets, forecasts, variances, and benefits realization.
  7. Align business, transformation, operations, finance, and delivery teams.
  8. Improve templates, workflows, governance processes, and reporting quality over time.

YOUR PROFILE

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  2. 4/5+ years of experience in PMO, project/program management, transformation, or operational governance.
  3. Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, governance, and reporting.
  4. Able to present delivery updates clearly to senior stakeholders.Skilled in metrics, financial tracking, prioritization, and problem solving.
  5. Experience with Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar tools.
  6. Experience supporting business transformation/change initiatives.
  7. Experience working with operations, finance, transformation, and client-facing teams.PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferred.
  8. Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk awareness, financial acumen, and attention to detail.
