Performance Testing

Your Role

We are looking for a skilled Performance Testing Engineer to assess and optimize the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our applications. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing performance tests, analyzing results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve system efficiency.

• Design and implement performance testing strategies for web, mobile, and backend systems
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
• Execute load, stress, spike, and endurance tests to simulate real-world usage
• Monitor system performance using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic)
• Analyse test results and provide actionable insights to development and DevOps teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues and optimize system behavior
• Document test plans, scenarios, results, and recommendations in clear, concise reports
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation

Your profile

• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, etc.
• Strong understanding of performance testing types: load, stress, spike, soak
• Proficiency in analyzing system metrics: CPU, memory, disk I/O, network latency
• Experience with profiling and monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics
• Ability to interpret logs and trace data to identify root causes of performance issues
