YOUR ROLE

We are currently looking for L2 and L3 engineers, who will provide Workplace support in the area of O365, Windows Laptop patching, Account Provisioning, Printing Support.

YOUR TASKS

• Microsoft 365 administration and configuration
• Administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams Online setup
• Deployment of patches into the production environment
• Determining the applicability of a software update and reviewing individual software updates before applying it to the environment
• Driver Updates in coordination with Wintel Support

YOUR PROFILE

• Very good German language
• Experience in MS Exchange and MS Exchange Online administration, very good knowledge of these services
• Administrative knowledge in O365 technology
• Administrative knowledge of SharePoint Online
• Experience in Intune administration
• General knowledge of Cloud
• Excellent work organization, attention to details
• Analytical thinking

Nice to have:

• Experience in scripting with PowerShell
