Your role

Your tasks

• Design, deploy, and optimize VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, clusters)
• Manage and troubleshoot ESXi hosts, including networking and storage integration
• Design and maintain VMware vSAN solutions
• Deliver DC‑to‑DC migrations using tools such as HCX or SRM
• Support DC‑to‑cloud migrations (AWS/Azure + migration tooling)
• Provide recommendations on virtualization strategy, including alternative platforms (e.g. Nutanix, OpenShift)
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure end‑to‑end solution delivery
• Apply automation (PowerShell, Ansible) to improve deployment and migration efficiency
• Use AI‑enabled tools to support analysis, troubleshooting, and delivery

Your profile

• Over 6 years of hands-on experience with VMware virtualization in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on knowledge of VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS)
• Experience with VMware vSAN and software-defined storage
• Proven track record in DC‑to‑DC and/or DC‑to‑cloud migration projects
• Knowledge of HCX, SRM, or similar migration tools
• Understanding of AWS and/or Azure environments is a plus
• Familiarity with VMware NSX or network virtualization concepts is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of alternative platforms (e.g. Nutanix, Hyper‑V, OpenShift)
• Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Ansible)
• Ability to leverage AI tools in daily engineering work
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Fluency in English
