Technical Travel L2 Support

Your role

Client Technical Support L2 is a key resource providing technical support for client implementations, resolving complex issues, troubleshooting problems, and supporting testing activities for the Product Team.

Your tasks

  • Support customer onboarding and implementation activities.
  • Participate in implementation calls.
  • Manage profile imports and company profile setup.
  • Perform end-to-end testing and implementation sign-off.
  • Provide post-implementation support until a steady state is achieved.
  • Support Office ID mapping activities.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams to develop new functionalities, conduct testing, and investigate technical issues.
  • Support Service Delivery teams by researching issues and escalating them to the appropriate teams.
  • Contribute to large-scale projects and implementation initiatives.
  • Investigate and resolve issues independently, using analytical and creative problem-solving skills to identify root causes.

Your profile

  • At least 6+ years of experience in the business travel industry (equivalent experience preferred)
  • At least 18 month of resent L2 Support experience
  • Technically proficient in supporting Amadeus (GDS)
  • Highly experienced in Travel and/or Airline industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation, strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Capable of coordinating and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Takes ownership of deliverables and proactively seeks improvements
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaborative skills
  • Fluent in German language (speak and write) - is plus
