Your role

The role involves managing end‑to‑end, high‑volume recruitment processes for positions across Finance & Accounting, Administration, Procurement, HR and related areas.

Your tasks

• Conduct end-to-end volume recruitment processes, for senior level positions (Finance & Accounting, Administration, Procurement, HR etc.)
• Contact with candidates, search via internal database and external sources like LinkedIn, actions on social media, offering candidates.
• Take care of candidate experience and quality of recruitment process.
• Regular reporting about recruitment progress.

Your profile

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment min. 3 years.
• Experience in recruiting for finance & accounting, administration and procurement profiles. 
• Fluent English (at least B2).
• Attention to details and orientation to quality.
• Proactivity and problem solving.
• Curiosity to explore, improve and learn new things.
• Very good communication skills.
