Supply Chain Monozukuri & Synchronous Flows Manager Consultant

Your role

As a Supply Chain Monozukuri & Synchronous Flows Manager, you will play a key role in driving Supply Chain optimization initiatives that directly enhance industrial performance and reduce Total Landed Cost across both development and serial production phases.

Your tasks

  • Conducting and facilitating Monozukuri workshops at our clients' and suppliers' locations – gathering information, coordinating facilitators, and identifying supply chain optimization levers for logistics, packaging, and inbound flows
  • Owning end-to-end action plan delivery — structuring, prioritizing and executing improvement initiatives while preparing business cases for governance bodies to secure validation and investment approval
  • Managing the industrialization of synchronous flows, designing and implementing long synchronous flows through to full handover to plant logistics, ensuring operational readiness in serial production conditions
  • Acting as the GSC project representative, coordinating with suppliers, logistics providers, procurement and plant teams to ensure logistics costs are aligned with project targets
  • Driving Supplier Value Optimization (VO) portfolios by actively challenging suppliers to generate continuous cost-saving ideas, while consolidating and maintaining a structured pipeline of improvement opportunities



Your profile

  • Proven experience in industrial Supply Chain management, including expertise in logistics flows, packaging, inbound operations, and cost structures (TLC, DET/DEX)
  • Strong cross-functional project leadership skills, with a track record of managing complex initiatives across plants, suppliers, and procurement stakeholders in an automotive or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in workshop facilitation and change management, with the ability to drive alignment and deliver results in fast-paced, on-site environments
  • Solid financial acumen, including the ability to build business cases, manage logistics cost targets, and track delivery of cost savings through governance processes
