Sparring Process Knowledge Manager with German

Your role

In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end knowledge management process by capturing key insights, maintaining an accessible knowledge repository, and promoting best practices across the organization. You will collaborate with service providers and internal teams to ensure effective knowledge sharing, support employees through training on KM tools and methodologies, and continuously improve knowledge-related processes. Additionally, you will monitor performance through defined metrics and report progress to senior management, fostering a culture of learning and operational excellence.

Your tasks

  • Knowledge Capture: Identify and capture valuable knowledge from various sources, including documentation, subject matter experts, and service delivery experiences.
  • Knowledge Repository Management: Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge repository that is easily accessible and user-friendly for all stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with service providers and internal teams to promote knowledge sharing and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on knowledge management tools and practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze knowledge management processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and report on progress to senior management.
  • Best Practices Promotion: Advocate for best practices in knowledge management and ensure that lessons learned are documented and shared across the organization.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related role, preferably within a SIAM or multi-vendor environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess knowledge gaps and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with knowledge management tools and methodologies, as well as ITSM frameworks like ITIL.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in knowledge management or ITIL Foundation Certification are preferred.
  • English and German language (Level C1) is a must have.
