Senior Infrastructure Consultant (Storage)

Your role

You manage and optimize enterprise‑class storage environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and stability for business‑critical systems. As a trusted technical expert, you provide high‑quality consultancy to clients and internal teams, working closely with architects, engineers, and solution designers. Your role combines hands‑on operations with collaboration and knowledge sharing, supporting both ongoing services and evolving infrastructure needs.

Your tasks

• Manage and maintain enterprise storage environments on a day‑to‑day basis
• Provide technology consultancy to clients and technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with architects, SMEs, solution designers, and engineers
• Support operations across file and block storage solutions
• Work with and configure SAN environments
• Contribute to stable and efficient storage operations
• Participate in on‑call support rotation
• Support collaboration across Capgemini and client teams

Your profile

• You have strong experience with storage technologies, preferably Pure Storage and Dell
• You understand file and block storage solutions and how they support business needs
• You bring knowledge of SAN configuration and enterprise infrastructure methods
• You are comfortable working in operational environments, including on‑call duties
• You communicate confidently in English (B2+), collaborating effectively across teams
• You work in a structured and reliable way, ensuring consistent service delivery
• You contribute with a team‑oriented mindset, supporting shared goals and client success
• You are familiar with backup solutions and operating systems (Windows/Linux) or willing to deepen your knowledge
