Senior ESM Consultant (SIAM, German)

Your Role
Your Tasks
- Design and document core ITIL and SIAM processes with end‑to‑end consistency
- Capture and align requirements from development, operations, and service providers
- Define governance models, including roles, interfaces, communication, and forums
- Onboard providers into agreed processes, tools, reporting, and operating models
- Define ITSM tooling and integration requirements, including service and KPI reporting
- Support the transition from development to operations, including readiness and handover
- Facilitate governance forums, CABs, and service reviews with key stakeholders
- Prepare decision materials for process, architecture, security, and compliance topics
Your Profile
- Willingness to undergo security clearance and work in regulated environments
- Knowledge of ITIL v4, SIAM, and experience with ServiceNow
- Experience working in multi‑provider and cloud‑based environments
- Ability to design processes, KPIs, governance structures, and operating models
- Confidence in facilitating stakeholders, providers, and cross‑functional teams
- Structured, solution‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to present complex topics clearly to different audiences
- German language required at minumum B2 level
