Your role
This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to evaluate service performance and support decision‑making. The person in this position will create clear, insightful reports and dashboards, collaborating with various departments to tailor reporting to their needs. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve reporting tools and processes, along with communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.
Your tasks
- Gather data from various sources to analyze service performance.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate results to stakeholders.
- Work with different departments to understand their reporting needs and customize reports accordingly.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data used in reports by implementing quality control measures and data validation processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and tools.
Your profile
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Qlik Sense, BI tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
