Your role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to work as a RFX Solution Analyst for our Cybersecurity Go to Market (GTM) function across Cloud and Infrastructure Services. This is a Global role to provide support and assistance during the Request for Proposal/Information projects and Due Diligence process.  You will be given full training and support for this role. This is a truly unique opportunity to gain exposure and training in Cybersecurity with this entry level role.

Your tasks

• Address RFP/RFX inquiries by leveraging Capgemini’s knowledge base
• Respond to due diligence questionnaires related to RFPs
• Prepare and refine presentations by reviewing and updating text and visual elements
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to internal proposal processes and AP style guidelines for readability, consistency, tone, and compliance; maintain proposal support repositories
• Support stakeholders by promoting awareness and understanding of internal processes
• Stay current by engaging in educational initiatives and maintaining professional networks
• Leverage internal AI tools to drive efficiency and follow RFX response process

Your profile

• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong writing and editing capabilities with attention to detail
• Genuine interest in learning about security products, services, and the RFX response process
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Highly deadline-driven and organized
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
