YOUR TASKS
- Supporting the Project Management Office in daily tasks and monitoring time tracking records,
- Assisting in the preparation of project reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations,
- Creating and overseeing invoices,
- Managing the workflow of project documentation and archiving documents,
- Providing administrative support for the project.
YOUR PROFILE
- At least one year of experience in Service Management,
- Hands-on experience working with the MS Office environment (e.g.: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Good self-management skills,
- Capability to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to solve problems creatively,
- Proficient in spoken and written both English and German.
It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II / ITIL certification
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Flow
