Your role
As a Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant you will lead change and adoption activities for global Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 transformation programs. You will manage a team of Change Management professionals, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive communication, training, and user readiness initiatives to ensure successful business adoption. Working closely with project teams and client leadership, you will help organizations navigate complex change, mitigate risks, and maximize the value of their technology investments. This role combines strategic leadership, people management, and hands-on delivery in a global environment.
Your tasks
- Develop and execute Organizational Change Management strategies to support global Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 tenant consolidation and migration initiatives.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Change Management Consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery, continuous development, and effective workload allocation.
- Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments, define user readiness plans, and implement change risk mitigation activities.
- Design and deliver communication campaigns, including migration announcements, leadership briefings, user guidance, FAQs, and executive communications.
- Create and facilitate training programs, virtual workshops, learning materials, and adoption enablement activities for global audiences.
- Engage with business leaders, sponsors, and change champions to drive stakeholder alignment and user adoption across regions.
- Support migration readiness, cutover activities, hypercare phases, and post-migration stabilization to ensure a seamless end-user experience.
- Measure adoption success, monitor engagement metrics, analyze feedback, and provide actionable insights through executive reporting and dashboards.
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably within large-scale technology transformation or migration programs.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, change impact assessments, communication planning, training delivery, user readiness, and adoption measurement.
- Experience supporting Microsoft ecosystem transformations, ideally involving Microsoft 365 technologies such as Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Apps.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage executives, business leaders, and end users.
- Experience delivering global, multicultural, and multilingual change initiatives while managing multiple workstreams and priorities.
- Professional fluency in English and at least one additional language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch/Flemish, or Arabic),
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; Prosci, CCMP, Microsoft certifications, or experience with tenant-to-tenant migration programs will be considered an advantage.
